How To Send Email in Google Apps Using Another Address

Gmail and Google Apps For Work email accounts can be configured to send messages using the email address of another account you own.

In this article we will use a Google Apps For Work account to send messages using the email address of a Google Group on the same domain.

1. Log into your Gmail or Google Apps for Work Account.

2. Click the Compose button located on the left of the window.

A new compose window will appear titled “New Message.”

3. Click the arrow at the end of the “From” drop-down menu and select the email address you would like to use.

4. Add the email addresses of your recipients in the “To” field. Provide your Subject. Compose your email and click the “Send” button. Done!
